If you’re anything like me than you’d rather be hiding away in a dark corner than be the center of attention at a party. Unfortunately for business, this isn’t the most effective approach.
Use social media platforms to build a digital network if in-person networking events aren’t your thing. Make a greater effort of remembering people’s names regardless of what their positions are, and engage in conversation when given the opportunity.
