One of the hardest things that business analysts will have to deal with is the human capital that’s required to implement and run the new processes that you want to integrate into the business model. Certain people will have a harder time adopting new technology, even if it makes their jobs ultimately easier. Here the employer is looking for your ability to communicate to both non-technical and technical people, and your ability to bridge the digital divide.
