There’s no shame in quitting a job. Though in some aspects we are hard-wired not to actively seek out failure, leaving a job should not always be looked at as a misstep in life. For several reasons, it is very important that we work in a safe, happy, rewarding, and positive atmosphere, and workplaces and jobs which fail to bring us more benefits than headaches should not be held on too.
